Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique whose applied movements are constant, rhythmic and precise, with light pressure, capable of stimulating the lymphatic system, accelerating the process of transporting lymph to the lymph nodes.

It aims to decongest the lymph nodes, stimulate the flow of lymph and drain the tissues, facilitating the elimination of cellular debris.

In addition to massage, it is important to drink water, exercise to strengthen the internal muscles and a healthy and balanced diet.
